After the complete configuration on testing, you might come across situation where search in site data works but people search doesn’t seem to work .This can really be nerve clinching …well though it seem like a big issue with installation and stuff but it’s a “miss” in configuration setting.
The addition of url “sps3://sitename “works wonders…..well am sure this is surely going to make my Christmas celebration much better …

Even when I realized I've deleted that kind of url some time before, I couldn't remember the 2nd letter and after a while was trying all variants of sXs3 :p

People search is not working for me....i crawled the content by adding the sps3 address. Still its not working...wha may be the problem....

The people search in SSP is working fine. I click on view user profiles and type in a name and it displays the email appropriately.
But when I want to add the user to the list in "people and groups" I see the users old email id. Can you please guide me?
